David released a new 6 song EP July 20, 2018. David recorded the album in Durham, NC with producer Ryan Johnson (former guitarist of Alt-Country band American Aquarium). The EP features story songs of love and hardship. "Wondering" a simple, heartfelt love song. "Twelve Dollar Check" a tribute to his father, "We'll Get By" an ode to his mother, and "Take Me Back To Texas" highlight his parents struggles of raising three boys. "Last Chance (American Dream)" and "Bartender" are tale's of a hard working man trying to find his place in the world.
